QR Code Solution

Solution developed based on Continia Document Capture to automatically fill the fields of the template from the QRCode presented on the PDF PT invoices.

This app perfectly integrates all processes, reducing global operation costs, simplifying your manual work.

The Continia QRCode application is used on Document Capture templates. Whenever the template has the configuration to read the information from the QRCode, it automatically stores this information.

Benefits:

- Automatically fills the information on each template field captured on the QRCode for PT invoices such as invoice number, the document date and the amounts.

- It also displays information on the document journal from each of the document such as invoice number, document date and amount including VAT. This allows the user validates on the journal any information requested by the vendor.
